My approach
I don’t believe in counting calories, or feeling deprived in order to look a certain way. I believe and I have proven with my own personal experience, that fitness, general well-being and anti-aging can be achieved with the right approach to your body, eating according to your physical activities and genetic composition.
When working in depth with each one of you, I want to understand what makes you happy in terms of food and physical activities and convert those in a way that support your health and not damage it. Any unhealthy food that you fancy, because of childhood memories or just because it spikes up your mood can be prepared in a way that will switch on and switch off the right genes in your favor: epigenetics, my favorite topic!
When it comes to fitness, I am confident that I can make anyone move for at least 30 min, which is more than enough: HIT workouts at home are my favorite and I can’t wait to teach you those! Physical activities should be fun and not something that you drag doing. With the right motivation and support from my side, I can make this a reality for you.
