I can’t even call it a food, but anyway most people associate junk food with weigh gain, cravings and digestive discomfort, but there is so much more than that. Junk food is strongly associate with cancer, diabetes, cognitive decline, inability to focus, insomnia …. to name a few.
On the other hand, eating the right type of food for your body will not only prevent cognitive decline associated with aging, but it will even cause better brain power and overall improve well-being.
